 medical schools- Like so many  in the world.Why only in Lanka patients are squeezed as per whims and fancies of arrogant medicos

we patients decide the standards not the GMO-

we patients prefer foreign qualified medicos over local medicos

why?

1- foreign qualified medicos are humble

2- friendly Check well taking all the time needed.

3- they can smile frrom the heart not drive by greed  Money

4-listen and allow questions answer questions

5-will try to diagnose before requesting for test

6- Medications only after  diagnosis . 

7-will take  all the time needed to explain why the medications are needed.

8- will explain reasons and the objective of tests if any .

the opposite is true with local medicos.

1 -arrogant--assume all knowing

2- first question form where?

3-what job
4-whose property

5-insurance ?

then start writing tests(18% TO... , then prescription 18% TO...++ INCENTIVES BONUS ETC.. - come back.         

hate asking questions

often respond  'hey' so many other patient are waiting 1
